HAPPY HOLIDAYS! The holidays are here, and would it be great to give someone the perfect gift? Well look no further as you can give them the GATRA Appetite cookbook. It is a collection of cookbooks from GATRA members ranging from breads, entrees, and sweet treats! There are also recipes from the original cookbook that was done by Dolores McCord back in the 90’s. On an annual basis, GATRA convenes a statewide conference to address the professional development and continuing education of its members. Program agendas from prior annual conferences can be viewed by clicking here. In addition to the annual conference, GATRA also conducts an annual training course to help registrars preparing for the CTR exam. This course is packed with useful information covering all sections of the exam. Other training opportunities outside of GATRA will be listed on this site so check back often!
